Dream Supreme, It Can Come Into Being

Dream Supreme, It Can Come Into Being

Introduction

When I decided to write my cookie book I did not realize that I would create a blog.  I am new at blogging.  The transformation from ignorant to enthusiast was quick.  I love to communicate with cookie lovers everywhere.  I am always baking and creating new recipes to love and share.  Cookie baking is an activity I excel at and I have much cookie knowledge to impart.  My specialty is drop and hand formed cookies.  My cookie odyssey started many years ago with oatmeal raisin cookies.  I took a standard recipe and greatly improved on it.  These cookies became so popular they were always requested for trips and holiday gatherings.  I started baking in earnest and creating more recipes.  These cookies are a favorite of my family and friends.  I give cookies out at Christmas and Hanukah in decorative tall round canisters that I buy at a discount store.

Occasionally, when I have a craving for a sweet I find a cookie satisfies me completely.  I like having a one-person sized dessert.  Cookies are easy to pack up for a box lunch or trip snack.  I make many suggestions on easy baking and how to cleanup quickly.

One day after creating a fudge cookie with caramel and mocha chips, I jumped up and down and yelled, “Oh my gosh! These are so good!”  I realized right then and there I wished to share my recipes in the form of a book and a blog.
